Swedish Connection is a boutique au pair and nanny agency in London established in 1998 by Marie Gelibter. Marie started Swedish Connection with the goal of matching the best Scandinavian au pairs and nannies with host families across London.


Fast forward to today, we now offer au pair placements worldwide and have a sister agency 'London Nannies & Au Pairs'.

Over the years, we have successfully placed hundreds of au pairs and nannies with host families, having developed long-standing relationships with many of our clients.

We offer a bespoke placement service to all of our au pair and nanny candidates and host families, pairing the right families with the right candidates.

My name is Marie, I am Swedish, originally from Malmö and I've lived in London since 1981 when I was an au pair myself. Like so many others I fell in love with the city and found myself moving here permanently, getting married and raising my three children in north London. I share my time between London and Österlen but you can always reach me.
